New upgrade but no mention of delivery

I’ve ordered my new upgrade on the 16th of Sept. ( iPhone 14 plus, 128gb, sky blue) and I haven’t had a email to say when it will be delivered as it does say 1 day delivery for my free upgrade. No documents to say anything other than a order number which doesn’t work for anything

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
I have tried. When I put the order number in it says there’s nothing to
track or anything at this time. Have tried phoning uo but wait time goes
between 20-40 mins
