Phone Order

I placed an order for a new phone as an upgrade to my current contract. It was dispatched and delivered attempted 24 hours after placing the order. Unfortunately, I was not in at the time and the deliver courier left a note to say that they would try again tomorrow.  That was 1 week ago now and there is still no sign of the phone.

To make the situation more inconvenient, my current phone is broken beyond repair and it is proving very difficult to contact EE to see what the hold up/problem is without a phone. I have logged a complaint with no response. I have contacted the courier and they say that the parcel has not been logged with them since the first attempt at delivery.

I managed to speak to someone over chat online last thursday who assured me that the phone would be delivered in the next 24-48 hours. It is has still not arrived.

I can no longer seem to access chat online and have no access to a phone to call them. Just my laptop.

What do I do next? Anyone experienced this before and have a work around for getting in touch with ee.

Hi @sallan86

You'll need to use another device and speak to EE CS.

I am surprised DPD have not send the parcel back to EE.

Thanks
