New phone wasn’t delivered

New phone wasn’t delivered after changing the day to be delivered keeps saying being sent back to EE . Been trying to get in touch to talk to some 1 but rapid ee thingy keeps not working and I can’t get thru by any other means .  Need sorting I’m not paying delivery for stuff to not get delivered  any help please ? Dpd track parcel says  returning to EE.        EE thing says it’s been delivered ????

@Pipcat56  If DPD says it’s being returned it’s being returned.    If you need to speak with customer services select option 2 not option 1 then select the closest option to the issue.
