New phone order

I ordered a new phone nearly 2 weeks ago, the website stated it was in stock and i could receive it fairly quickly. yet i am still waiting for even a text from DPD. i only have an order confirmation to my email
I have tried calling up the sales team and there is not an option to assist with orders or tracking.
Is there any way i am able to get an update regarding my order?

Ive tried using the track order function on the website. Its been marked as dispatched for over a week now. ive had no delivery updates regarding the package, No emails or Texts
