12 month sim

I ordered a 12 month sim only deal last Monday and received an email saying my order was successful and I have a reference number. I’ve had no correspondence from EE since then and the SIM card has not arrived!! In the email it said I should wait for a text or email containing delivery details but nothing has come through. I’ve been left paying for data every few days now because I use so much I need unlimited. It’s costing me £30 this week in data add ons

I’ve had an email titled successful EE order with a reference number beginning with XKO and a break down of the order. It said that I will receive a text with delivery details yet I have not received any information from them since the order confirmation email
