ordered a phone 2 days, got a thanks for order email, tracking timed out

ordered a samsung galaxy s25 256gb mint unlimited no frills 51ish hours ago and i got a confirmation code immediately and haven't heard anything since and the xko code doesnt work in the tracker and just says timed out. i would just like to know whats going on. i've tried contacting numbers in other forums and i'm starting to feel really confused and lost. if its an issue with a credit check i'd be willing to discuss getting a guarantor, as i said just very confused now and dont know where to begin

I would recommend checking your Spam/Junk folders.

i've received nothing pertaining to the order outside the confirmation email that was in spam and nothing since except setting up 2 factor authentication  unfortunately.
