Hi EE ,
Can you please let your customers know if there an issue with stock , as it appears there is ? Please communicate with us as it is VERY frustrating not having any information as to the why there is delays in orders being shipped !

Looking at the guidance from that point, the expected dispatch time was more than 28 days @alleycat1969.
It has come down since that point, with the latest update being within 14 days from the 27th October.
Orders are going out by the oldest order first, with the oldest outstanding order being from 6th October, so you shouldn't be waiting too much longer.
When it is on the way, you'll get a text or email, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when to expect it.

I know waiting for a new phone is not ideal, and you'll want to get your hands on it as soon as possible
With any iPhone launch, there is often a wait for the phone to be dispatched, not just with EE, and we do give an estimated dispatch timescale at the point of ordering online, or verbally over the phone.
If you let me know which model, including colour and storage size you ordered, along with the order date, I can check our stock and let you know the estimated dispatch timescale.

Not if we have been told to wait 28 days and still no idea when to expect our phone. We would all like better communication from EE as of when to expect them..many thanks

Hi Michael, are you 100% certain that the oldest outstanding order is the 6th of October as I had ordered the 17 pro max in silver 256 on the 4th of October and still haven’t had anything to show it’s been dispatched yet

Timescales are different for each model, memory size and colour.
The oldest order for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Silver is the 12/09/2025.
