i placed an order last night for a new iphone and data plan, all went through ok. this morning i have received an email saying order cancelled without any info and when i log into account i cant track the order number now, any suggestions

im trying to figure out why it was cancelled, i didn't instigate and have had no info on why

I am sorry to hear your order has been cancelled. This can happen for a few reasons, if you want to find out what has happened with this particular order I would recommend giving us a call with your order number and one of our guides can check and see why it has been cancelled.
