Hi EE ,
Can you please let your customers know if there an issue with stock , as it appears there is ? Please communicate with us as it is VERY frustrating not having any information as to the why there is delays in orders being shipped !

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro max 256gb in deep blue on 26/10/2025. A guide told me it’ll be dispatched within 14 days, but I’ve had no updates at all. Could I get a timescale on when my phone will be dispatched? Or be told what the stock in stores is like?

The iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Cosmic Orange shows as available to order to expect despatch in more than 28 days.

Guidance still shows the same for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue.
Please allow the full timescale provided at the point of order.
We have no access to view store stock.
