Hi. I have a problem, maybe someone can help me out. When I try to upgrade my phone online I have information that I'm not eligible for upgrade yet despite I'm with ee more than 2 years, my contract ended and was automatically extended for 1 month rolling contract now. I've never upgraded my phone before, when I call them on 150 they say that I'm eligible for upgrade and I can do that by phone which I don't want to do as very often online upgrades have better deals and I can calmly choose the one I'm interested in. I attach screenshot which I got when I try to upgrade. There is also information that upgrade timeframe is during my contract dates? Anyone had similar problem?

I have similar issues I've text UP to 150 and it says Sorry we cannot process your request, please try again a little later.Can someone help me please!

I have an upgrade anytime plan and it just says upgrade not available. I’m assuming ee is having problems with the website right now. Might be better off going in store and upgrading

Can you view upgrade options if you try another browser and log into EE Mobile | Mobile Phones, Tablets & Mobile Wifi | EE as an existing customer?
