NHS perk for three new mobile phone contract - no email recieved

We took out thee new contracts 28/12/2022 and signed in to the portal (as already registered) - NO EMAIL received on NHS email - called 150 spoke to customer services who said that will contact the required department and we should get the email - NOTHING. Went into EE shop, could not help and told us to go onto this site. CAN YOU SUGGEST ANYTHING - as would be unfair to lose the discount due to technical issues ( I would presume)

Did you provide the perk codes to our mobile care team when you ordered the contracts? 

Is the query that the discount has not been applied?

Hi Leanne - we never received the email with the perk codes on. Signed in to htps://ee.co.uk  - signed in for the NHS perks (20%) but the email was never sent to our NHS email.

The codes would be in the EE Perk Portal not on an email, what happens if you log in now?

It will not allow us to log in now - the exact same thing happened three years ago - and we had to call someone - but 150 can't help - is there another number to call please
