Placed an order with you on 11th March ( order ref...xko*********) you took my £30 as my order was successful. I still haven't received this order. I dont want it now as I have taken out a contract with another provider so you've lost a customer due to your Inadequate customer service. Please return my £30 this week or I shall be contacting someone to take this matter further
