It's been more than 10 days since I contracted internet at my residence and I made a change to my current chip plan, making the payment monthly. Until then, everything was very smooth. Everything was done in the store, then in person, where one of the employees helped me. Several messages arrived on my cell phone and I showed the employee one of the messages saying that my email had been changed. She said it was nothing serious, but I lost full access to my application. So I returned to the store four days later to let her know that my internet had not been installed as scheduled. She said she was seeing delays, so I asked about my access to the application. She had actually changed the email without my consent, without telling me what the new email was, completely removing my access to the application. Then she said that in 48 hours everything would return to normal. My access to the application. Today it's been five days since access was authorized. I can't find any direct contact email with the company, only on the phone where I myself can't make the call, making it difficult to access the company directly. To get the account looked into and help you get full access, you would need to contact us by calling from any phone.

Yes, I know, that's the outrage. I can't call... and the employees don't solve anything in person! They just sell... no support.
