Hi went for a contact phone on the 19th Of April...with an upfront cost of 30 pounds ..After the credit check it was declined..but EE still have my 30 pounds. I would like my refund put back into my account ASAP . I have phoned so many times... now the 14 days fully are up .Thank you.

Hi @pen6363 

Your bank has ring fenced the debit pending EE taking the money. If they do not debit that amount within a certain period of time then your bank release the funds. I suggest you contact your bank.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi I have already contacted my bank the amount of 30 went out to sales ...I  still do not have it back into my account they said I need to contact you ... but definitely went out to you ...if I do not receive this back I will have to take it further...can you give me your accounts department...the department that take the money . and I have a screen shot of the order  .
