Mobile held at dpd depot london

My iPhone order has been held at DPD London Docklands depot for 5 days. This is a high-value item and clearly delayed!!

investigation with DPD is between EE and DPD. I am requesting resolution!

Welcome to the community.

I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call.

They will be able to bring up your order, check the status with DPD, and if they need to, pass it on for investigation if there has been no update on the tracking.

Likely becase they don't have the drivers or number to deliver in your area. You ether need to contact DPD via the app or their website.

If not contact EE on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Calling everyday and still calling for updates. No updates and asking me they have raised a form and never giving me a proper information. Tooks soo long to connect each everyone on call when they transfer the call to too many people!!!

I can understand the frustration @Ash206.

If there has been no recent update on the delivery, a form would be sent so that it can be investigated with DPD. It can take a few days for this to come back and for someone to contact you.

If you feel that you aren't getting anywhere with this, you can open a complaint over the phone or by completing our complaints webform.
