Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.

Its great to hear you have ordered a new phone with EE, what make and model did you order? 

I can take a look at our stock levels. 

You should have received an email with a order reference number on it, you can Track your Order online.

Hiya it was the iPhone 17 pro max 256GB in Silver.  I did receive the email with the tracking number but everytime I go to check it’s still on “awaiting dispatch”. Tomorrow it will be a week since I ordered it.

I have taken a look into the stock levels for that specific phone and it indicates should be despatched within 7 days. 

If you don't hear anything tomorrow, I would suggest you Contact our customer service team, they will be able to look into your order and give you any updates.

On my confirmation email from EE it says estimated delivery date 14/01/26, so will I hear anything from DPD today about delivery or will it be tomorrow morning?

As that is a estimated delivery date I cannot confirm if the phone will definitely be delivered tomorrow @Sophie_Bynam.

If you haven't already I would recommend downloading the ‎DPD App, this will let you know when DPD have been notified of your delivery and when you can expect it to be delivered.

Ok thank you. What I meant was would a person usually hear from DPD the day before the expected delivery date.

They will sometimes text you to advise when they have received your order details @Sophie_Bynam 

The DPD App is great for keeping you up to date.
