Ordered a new phone on 07/01/2926, still hasn’t been dispatched? The email says estimated delivery date 14/01/2026 but still haven’t received any tracking code from DPD.

I ordered the same phone in the same colour in 4/01/26 and im still waiting i rang today chasing it and they said i had another 4 days to wait for it to come back in stock so looks like they are takig 14 days. Ive been waiting 10 days so far

That’s so bad😮 I was told that it was in stock the day I did the order and could take up to 14 days to dispatch but then I was told on here that it could take up to 7. It’s been a week today since I ordered, paid £80 upfront for the phone and the delivery charge. It’s shocking. I hope you get your phone soon!

Nope☹️ only thing I have is the confirmation email from EE on the day I ordered, when I use the link to track it it’s still saying it hasn’t been dispatched. Haven’t had anything else from EE or DPD. It’s frustrating now

Have you contacted EE to chase it? If you have, what have they said? From what I’ve seen on here people are being told different things, sounds like they’re doing anything to get us off the line lol. I’ve contacted the lady who sorted me the order she said she’ll look into it as she thinks it’s odd how it hasn’t been delivered yet

I’ve just been told that my order is still classed as a “open sales order” meaning it’s still getting processed. Or that it could mean waiting on stock or waiting for DPD to take it from EE. I’ve never had this issue before. My mum ordered a phone the same day as me and she got it next day. Strange.

Hey how long did you have to wait for your phone? I’ve been waiting a week and still nothing. Seems a lot of people are having the same problem
