Inquiry About Switching to Pay As You Go Mobile Plan

I am currently on a monthly mobile plan, but as I spend less time in London now, I find the fixed monthly cost too expensive for my usage. I would like to switch to a **Pay As You Go** (PAYG) option where I only pay for what I use. Could you kindly guide me through the application process? Specifically: 1. How can I transfer my existing number to a PAYG plan? 2. Are there any fees or requirements for the switch? 3. What are the available PAYG tariffs (e.g., call/text/data rates)? Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate your time and look forward to your reply.

You can contact EE-CS and request cancellation of your pay-monthly plan and migration to PAYG, which requires 30days notice - you'll retain your number as a matter of course.

Providing you're outside your minimum contractual term, there is no charge for this. If you're within your minimum-term, then you can either wait for that to finish, or pay early termination charges roughly equivalent to your remaining monthly fees minus a 4% discount.

Hi @Chenyuanxi

To add to this post the PAYG account/transfer will need to be done and used in the UK on EE network for it to work.

You should read EE hibernation policy as well: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/pay-as-you-go/pay-as-you-go-credit-run-out-when-i-havent-mad...

Thanks
