Data Add - ons

I've been texting 150 with ADD DATA.  No response.  I've tried 4 times.

In App and the website there is no "Menu" button to drop on to Add Ons.   It's circular and not helpful.  Can you direct me?

How long has it been since you used the Pay As You Go SIM card, or is it new and you're using it for the first time?
