hi, im new here I bought new SIM Card two weeks ago, I did top up my balance but I can not make any calls or tezt message,I am struggling with that issue second week already, constantly trying to set up my plane as my credit is 15£, but unfortunately once I tried - website error and network connection. no action and no improvment, verry poor service.
