Missing order

Ordered ps5, EE say shipped. DPD say not yet received. 

Can someone please tell me the number and what options I should be choosing to get through to someone regarding orders made as a guest. Every option I choose wants a phone number or just hangs up on me.  It’s driving me insane.

Have you checked your order confirmation to see if there are directions there on how to get in touch?

Yes of course. It sends me around in circles to the order tracker.

All the phone numbers take you to mobile or broadband support.
