It has been almost 4 weeks I have ordered for a SIM card but it has not arrived

Welcome to the community,

That is a long time to wait for a SIM card, as they are sent out via second class post.

You can either ring customer service to find out what has happened, or if you are near an EE high street store can go there with photo ID and get one from there.

It could be in the post somewhere, as I had that twice with two letters that never came and the third time sent, arrived two weeks later, not from EE, but another company.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
