I just made an order for iPhone 16 pro max. I have done the credit check and signed the contract but it’s now saying I have to call we tomorrow morning which I don’t understand and also the upfront fee has been taken as well

But I think if u passed the credit which I did and signed the contract and which I did . Why the order didn’t go through and why EE said I should call them?

The amount taken should only be pending in your bank.
