Extremely disappointed! I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max on the 14th and was told that I’d get my delivery options on the 19th. When I didn’t get any email or message I called EE. The lady told me that there was “something” wrong with my order but she can reorder it and put it on fast track / priority order! COMPLETELY A LIE. I was told the next they that I will be at the very end of the waiting backlog because an EE member decided to lie. This is extremely unfair. Now the waiting time is 4+ weeks when I was one of the first people to order the iPhone.
stop lying to customer just to get commission from sales EE customer service, THANKS!

They Speak Lie With Me I Do Pre Order My Device On 13 Sep I Received An Email From EE They Provide Me Tracking Id As Well Which Is Not Working Till Now.. I Do My Order Again On 15 Sep They Send Me Email Again And Provide Me Tracking Id But Its Stuck On Start I Ring Them They Said You Have To Wait 6 Weeks More Before They Mention Me In Email Order Will Dispatched In 14 Days.. Very Very Disappointed With There Service They Don't Give Value To There Existing Customers Only Welcome To New Customers..

I had the same experience but I put the phone down before I placed my reorder as I was angry being pushed to the back of the queue.

I'm the same!!!! I ordered on September 13th, and when I contacted the chat on Friday, some dude told me that I was one of "the firsts in the queue" and "I would receive it on Monday 23rd"
When I called the customer service yesterday to check about my bill and ask about an update on my order, the lady said it was out of stock and it could take OVER 28 days. I asked about the "queue" she said that THERE'S NO QUEUE. What a joke.

Thanks for confirming the handset you ordered.
Looking at the stock details, I can see any iPhone 16 Pro Max 5G 256GB Natural Titanium that were pre-ordered before 5pm on Friday the 13th Sept were expected for delivery on launch day, meaning an SMS from DPD on the 19th to confirm.
However, demand for this make/model has been high, so by 5pm on Friday the 13th any ordered placed after this time are expected to be dispatched within 14 days. I am so sorry if accurate delivery expectations hadn't been set, but I can assure you that we're working closely with the suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders as soon as we can.
If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.
