Hello, I Pre-Ordered the new Apple Watch and was wounding if anyone has heard anything? Tracking isn't showing anything and ive had no communication's... With the release date today I was hoping for a new shiny watch getting delivered....

I am also waiting... Keep checking and in the track your order section it says this:
Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.
Looking online and lots of people are complaining on Twitter (X) about their pre-orders not arriving today (phones & watches).

I ended up calling them yesterday and they said the order was stuck in the system and hadn’t fully gone through. Poor rep had been shouted at all day by people being mad!
She redid the order for me and now mine is being delivered today!
Definitely give them a call and see what they can do 🥰

Pre-ordered the Watch as well. Spoke to them on chat on Thursday. They advised after 28 days! Delivery time is shocking especially when you pre-ordered first thing early in the morning! Can’t even track the order reference given so it’s simply a case of waiting for a DPD notification just before Xmas which tbh, EE will receive it back as a returned order! I’m out of contract end of this month so no point paying the same cost for a watch I’ve paid off!
if I haven received it by 28th I’ll just cancel the order and stick with my 1st Gen AWU and go on sim only. Reduce my bill! Another balls up of a release going through EE it seems…

That’s pretty cool. I want the Watch but the thought of calling in again is daunting! I’ll wait till the 28th when my current Watch contract ends and see what they say! I kinda already they’ll give me the usual script and I’ll just cancel the order and move to a sim only or just cancel the contract and not worry about data. Phone is always with me anyway. So money saved!

Very happy with the customer service after calling. It’s a bum to be on hold for 20 odd mins, but definitely worth it.
