Preorder the s25 ultra but tracking number wont work

I reordered the new samsung s25 ultra on the day of reorders being released. I got a email confirming my order but when I try to track the order it doesn't work at all. Bit worrying considering it's out tomorrow and i have no idea when or if I'm getting my order I paid for. What's happening?

Yh i phoned them and apparently the black version doesn't exist on their system but does on the app. They said it was strange themselves. So I went for the grey version and got it sorted. Word of warning to people who order a phone, just phone don't use the app. The app is rubbish. Anyway it's all sorted. Cheers

@CharlieEvans you have an order number not a tracking number you receive a tracking number when a device has been allocated to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Ok, but I reordered the phone and the phone is released today, so will I not receive the phone on release date? Makes no sense to press order in the first place if that's the case.Sent from my Galaxy

Pre orders will rely on stock from Samsung too, id you've ordered a popular size/colour there may be stock constraints

Thanks for the reply. Hopefully they process it soon as I'm looking forward
to the new phone. Do you know if they would hold back phones for pre orders
as priority or will they just sell out and wait for a restock?

With pre-orders we'll always aim to get your phone to you for release date, but this does come down to the demand for the model you've chosen. 

What colour and storage version did you go for here, and was is it a brand new contract or an upgrade to an ex?

It was the new Samsung s25 ultra black 512gb. And it is a upgrade to my
contract from my s22 ultra. I have a confirmation email and that's it.

@CharlieEvans We do have a lot of stock available on that model currently so if you still have not heard anything about it being dispatched, I would recommend giving us a call on 150 so one of our guides can check your order for you.
