Hi all
I recently placed an order with EE for a pair of headphones. While the address is correct I have just realised that the postcode is wrong. I spoke with DPD about this matter and they said I best get in contact with EE instead as they cannot change customer information.
I've tried using both the 0800 956 6000 and 07593 966150 numbers to no avail - they only seem to have options for EE service customers only (which I am not) and no mention of support for non 4g/broadband/mobile phone products or support about orders placed.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and know what is the best way to get in contact with EE?
Many thanks
Suryanta

@tanta So you purchase from the EE store which is for anyone even if your not an EE customer it’s just a online shop. You can use THIS EE Customer support is for EE customers and not for shopping via the online EE shop.
Confusing I know.

Hi @tanta
https://store.ee.co.uk/help/policies/contact-us
Gives an email link for for ee store.
There are also links/advice on changing addresses but I suspect if the item is already dispatched and/or it is your first order it will not be doable.
Hope you get a resolution if the postcode is in the same delivery area then DPD might use commonsense and still deliver
