Payed and not received

I Just payed the up front payment for an iphone 16 plus via apple pay which was £30 as i did so the money was taken from my bank and the safari portal from the EE app just shut down and when i re opened the EE app it took me back to the start of the process to buy the phone. So im left with no order details, no order confirmations, no tracking numbers. Absolutely nothing… not even an email but the payment was taken from me? Im certain the order won’t of even happened but the payments been made so it needs a quick fix considering this is an important situation. Im finding the situation hard to understand especially for such a huge company.

@Phoenix18    You’ll need to call customer support tomorrow morning as they close at 8pm on weekends.      But have you checked the spam folder in case the order information landed there ?
