I ordered a new phone yesterday (a Saturday) got my confirmation email with my tracking number but when I try and track it , I just get the timednout message. I need to track it to make sure someone is home when it arrives. I swear EE just don't want to keep customers, I am tempted to cancel as it's becoming a hassle staying with EE

Thanks for coming to the community.
I know the importance of making sure that the delivery isn't missed.
The tracking details would be sent by DPD when they have picked up the phone, and would then give you a delivery window, usually on the morning of the delivery.
You can track the order status, but this would only show information up to the point where it is despatched.
Does the number you are trying to use start with XKO? (Please don't put the full number here)
