Has anyone experienced their orders being cancelled? I ordered a SIM and got a text message the next day to say my order had been cancelled. So I then ordered a SIM again and again it got cancelled.. Impossible to get in contact with anyone to find out why..

Sorry to hear your application was cancelled. As this has happened multiple times it will usually be related to either credit check or identity verification check failing.
We'd love you to join us so please contact our sales team who can check the reason for the order being cancelled, and if possible they'll be able to manually re-process the order for you 😊
