Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I originally ordered on the 26th September but same I had issues and had to reorder, I then re ordered on the 8th October. I totally agree with you they shouldn’t be taking any more orders untill they have the ones that have pre ordered sent out

Just a note, I didn’t ask to change my order I actually cancelled my old order and re ordered the 16 pro max 512gb in black titanium , did that at 1pm today and at 17:18PM I got a text with a pin from DPD then at 18:34 a text from EE to say my new iPhone is with DPD then that was followed by a load of messages about my plan changing.

dont ask them to change your order say to them you have changed your mind don’t want the colour/variant that you have ordered and order the black 512

Ahh maybe that’s where we are going wrong here. Il be straight on the phone
tomorrow 😁 as I still haven’t had no email or text

I asked them to cancel it and they said I couldn’t as my phone was ‘allocated’ and then he said that he couldn’t tell me when it would dispatched if it’s been allocated then he said he couldn’t cancel it because it wasn’t fully processed so I got stressed and my adhd went over the edge and I asked can I swap and he said the same. So I hung up. 

Generally speaking if your phone has been allocated that means it’s going to be delivered very soon. 

Omg! Ring them back up and say right if you can’t swap then I’d rather
cancel altogether and they will soon change there mind
