Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.
I’ve got 3 emails saying the same thing Just with my tracking number and no update with my new phone still waiting on a delivery date I’ve been waiting three weeks now all I’ve got is three emails the same thing
If I don’t get an update by next week Wednesday, I will be cancelling my order because I can get a phone from sky and it will be next day delivery. I’ve already look it up and I will ask for a refund with my money back i’ve been waiting 21 days now and still no reply but if nothing happens by next week I will hundred percent be cancelling my order
Hundred percent for a top company, very poor customer service if you look on sky you can receive for the next day, but I don’t want to take one out straight away to I know what’s going on with my phone from EE
Ordered my iPhone 16 pro max desert in 256 on the 4th October no hope of seeing mine anytime soon, but had this issue with the 15 pro max and 13 pro max. Ee live chat said today or tomorrow (yesterday) then said in two three days but I doubt that going to happen.
