Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Oh haha I did say on the messages though that EE told me yesterday 24-48
hours but they say one thing and it’s always the other so not getting my
hopes up

Nooo sorry got confused between you and Jodie, 

but it’s Jodie that ordered on 13th and desert titanium same as me and we’ve heard nothing, I think EE just tell customers what they want to hear and they all say a different thing 3 different people I was passed too yesterday and each one said something completely different so it’s a sit back tight and wait again… I’m not gonna upgrade until end of November/December next time

I wouldn’t even look at the EE app , I’ve placed the order on the 9th and as soon I’ve done it’s on the app showing dispatched in 24 hours , I’ve rang them they said no it’s like an order confirmation only and it has been dispatched in 2 weeks but my app still shows dispatched in 24 h . So I would just ignore this and wait for a text from dpd lovely

Oh gosh what is the point of a tracking code eh, EE are shocking aren’t they, 

Definitely won’t be doing this again in a hurry I thought 13th October was long enough before I ordered give it time to calm down abit 😟

It’s shocking , so … I’m on new contract , I’ve got my dpd details yesterday but still didn’t have my new phone number or contract or anything I rang them and said that my app showing it’s not dispatched but I have dpd tracking , can you please provide me with my new phone number , they said no ! They said wait for your device 😂😂customer service is shocking that’s why I would not even look at the app and waiting for dpd , as soon I’ve received a text from dpd it was on their app too
