Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Do you have to have a tracking code off dpd to track on dpd app I haven’t had anything only order number off EE

You will get a text from DPD when they are expecting your parcel from EE.

Ahh okay,

someone above said that on the EE tracking they’re device hasn’t been dispatched but on dpd app it’s showing they have it so was just wondering how that works

I’m same I’d like to know my self and how do we get tracking code guessing
this is when you get the text from dpd as you wouldn’t be able to track in
dpd without it

When EE dispatch your order you have a text from them with their tracking number and pin for the driver

That was me , so my parcel is out for delivery today at 1 but on EE app showing as not dispatched! But I have received a text from dpd that they have my oracle yesterday and pin for a driver

Ahh okay makes sense now 

so basically the EE tracker doesn’t update and too wait/look out for a text from dpd 

I don’t have any hope mine will be coming this week as I ordered on 13th so 4/5ish days behind you, 

but Becky said she ordered 13th same model and colour and hers says will be dispatched in 24hrs 😩

I ordered mine on the 8th October and EE said yesterday that will be 24-48
hours so I’m hoping today or tomorrow for a text
