Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Sooo was on with EE this morning regarding something else and I said was there any update on the PM order, she said it was in the warehouse and they were preparing for dispatch. Don’t know how long that could take as obvs they have alot to get through.

That’s what someone said to me that they were in the warehouse and waiting to be allocated and dispatched, how long does it take to pack a phone and put a label on it LOL

So I’ve just been on line with EE to be told that not only they are not in warehouse but also … she can’t see my order anymore … I’m literally giving up now , they will call me back but I’ve been waiting nearly 2 weeks and now they can’t track my order 😡

Hi I was told I would receive mine on Monday. My tracking hasn’t updated it just says order is on track and awaiting confirmation. I originally ordered on the 26th that was cancelled and then I placed a new order on the 8th October

Hi , I’ve just got a call back from them and been told now the waiting time is over 28 days , they did find my order and it’s there but I won’t receive until November as stock not came . Everyone says different things and it’s so so annoying. Customer service is so bad

So strange isn’t it I think some people have been told it depends on size, model and colour of the phone. Hopefully we’ll receive them soon I was told Monday so I will keep everyone updated on this

This is exactly what I mean. One person says A another B. It’s clear they have no communication prepared for customer service so everyone there is winging it to keep the person on the other end of the phone happy. 

At least they could have been honest and send out emails that stock hasn’t arrived yet and it will be until at least date xx until the device will be shipped.

That’s what I’ve said , it’s exactly my point be honest and people will wait at least when you know what you can expect, customer service with EE is awful and some of them people are very rude
