Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Just got an update on mine that it is on track! I ordered on 10th October - 16 Pro Max Black Titanium 256GB. If go by that it should be arriving within next 14 days but then again... fingers crossed!

Hi everyone just joined tonight after a few days of reading the posts. I have also had nothing but trouble with EE I ordered on the 26th September (iPhone 16 pro max Desert titanium) they upgraded the wrong phone so I sent the wrong phone to likewize they sent the phone back to me eventually, then I had reordered the iPhone 16 pro max on the 8th October they finally waived the upgrade fee today as I’m trading in my iPhone 15 pro max and they finally gave the promotion offer to likewize about the upgrade but when I spoke to EE today they said I will receive my new phone on Monday which is also my birthday so hopefully I can have a new phone on my birthday. I will keep everyone updated on this too

I hope so too but I’m not holding my breath after reading all these posts but hopefully if they have told me this information and it’s true information you may get all your new phones very soon. I will keep everyone updated on my order too

It’s just saying awaiting confirmation but DPD are getting information before the updates go on the site so I was told by the agent today
