Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I ordered the iPhone 16pm Desert titanium on the 18/09. I’ve had 2 update emails but the second one said it’s getting delivered to a shop when it’s supposed to be getting delivered to my house. It also says I’m trading my old phone when I’m not. I still haven’t got a delivery date or even if they have my order correct.

I just received my text with my DPD PIN a few minutes ago. My order status still shows as “Pre-Order Confirmed” though. I ordered the 1TB Pro Max in Natural Titanium on 3rd October (at the time of ordering it showed “within 14 days” for that configuration but that’s since changed). I’m getting a little excited now though I’ve just received my text with the DPD PIN and tracking number which says “we are expecting your parcel shortly”. My order status hasn’t updated though so I’m not sure if this is a good sign or if they are just creating DPD tracking links in advance.

Contact them but to be honest I think it’s a generic message as I had the same one and I’m not swapping mine either

Just got the “Welcome to your new EE Full Works Plan for iPhone” text at 7:35am this morning. Order status now shows as dispatched (got the DPD text with PIN around 9pm last night). DPD tracking still shows as “We’ve received your order details and we’re expecting your parcel shortly” so it’s looking on track now for delivery tomorrow. Not bad considering I only ordered on 3rd October (6 days ago) at 10:12am.

Morning guys, 

ordered 256GB White Titanium on the 19th

Still only received the below updates. They did tell me within 24 days which is Sunday but growing really tired and impatient now, I’ve barely seen anyone receive white 256GB in here, anyone else in the same boat?

19 September - Pre order confirmed 

26 September - Your order is on track

03 October good news your order is coming soon

yet delivery status is STILL awaiting confirmation

Ordered a 512 natural titanium on the 3rd October. Has anyone received their 512  yet? I not really seen this one mentioned often

I have the same update, which I had last night does this mean the phone will arrive today ?

If you have ordered the white titanium, that will be the reason for the long delay. I am in the same position, ordered early September. I just phoned for an update.  The agent on the phone said the white ones are basically out of stock even with apple so the chances off EE receiving many if ANY are remote at best. They even advised me to cancel my order  for my iPhone 16 PM WT 256GB and order one with a quicker turnaround. Now that’s confidence for you. EE 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
