Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.
Hi, I ordered 256gb NT 16pm on 23/9, my confirmation email arrived same day but still says Awaiting confirmation on delivery date. Last night I received a text with my Dpd verification code but no other info, neither Ee tracking or Dpd app are providing any information, anyone know if receiving the code from Dpd means phone is enroute already? Don’t want to miss delivery but have shopping etc to do over the weekend… thanks 😊
I have put pre order on 16th of September for my IPhone 16 pro max 1tb white. Still nothing 😞 how long should I wait before contacting with customer service? I got email on a 30th of September that phone should be arriving to EE soon but still no date for delivery for me 😕
So, I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max, have seen through the tracking that it has been dispatched however I have never been given a delivery date or tracking number other than the one through EE which isn’t for any delivery service. Any ideas when I should actually expect this?
When I ordered mine (1TB Pro Max Natural Titanium), albeit only on 3rd October (upgrade date) it said my particular configuration was “usually despatched within 14 days” (all other configurations were 28 days or longer). Now though my configuration is “expect despatch in more than 28 days” so I’m not holding out much hope if people who ordered weeks before me still haven’t got theirs…on the plus side I’m not being charged for the upgrade yet at least.
Had an absolute shambles with them today so am picking mine up from the store and doing an early upgraded! EE thought I’d be able to do a data transfer of the old phone to the new one when in store! 330GB worth of stuff! Agreed to a bag being sent out but couldn’t say when the phone was coming!
