Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

13th online, but then they messed up the order and it took me 3 days to get though to someone on the phone

and that’s the last I heard anything from ee called today to be told it’s over 21 days now and they gave me a new order number that also doesn’t work on their tracker. 

being that the phone in in stock at the local Apple Store and other network stores near me now a coworker walked into an 02 store this morning and walked out with the model I ordered. Same day upgrade

ees handling and communication here seems very very poor, I’m not going 

Update: now off the phone again with the digital team this time that has told me my order is “picked” and should be shipped in 24 hours. But at this point it’s fairly clear the agents have no idea what’s going on.

I pre ordered the new iPhone 16 pro max 256gb in desert titanium on the 17th of September, since then the only thing I’ve heard from EE is an email saying my order is on track, I received this 6 days ago, when I go to track the order it still does not have an estimated delivery date, it says awaiting confirmation, I know it could be a little wait to receive the phone but a lot of people already have estimated delivery dates who delivered around the same day as I myself, just wondering if it is an issue or unfortunately still just going to have to wait it out

Hiya mate pre ordered on the 13th and confirmed the order on the 14th, apparently its out for delivery so will keep you updated

To my surprise my DPD message has just come in so this must mean I’m getting my phone tomorrow. Hopefully things work out for all that haven’t received theirs very soon 🤞🏾

When did u order ur ip16 pm? I ordered my upgrade on the 21st sept and got told it would be delivered on the following Mon by the advisor which I though strange… Mon came and went with no DPD text or phone, and the EE track ur order says order confirmed and that’s it.. however as I wrote this I get a text from DPD saying they have my phone and will deliver it tomorrow. So hopefully from point of contact to day of delivery is 8 days..BUT even though I have confirmation of delivery tomorrow, EE tracking still says order confirmed….🤦🏼‍♀️
