Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I ended up ringing EE ealrier to check.

Apparently mine is still an open sales order or something, the agent told me that once they have stock in and it's my turn the order will be updated and shipped out. The really frustrating thing is that i would have been at the top of the list if EE's order system worked like it should.

There systems never work correctly when it comes to pre orders and people who had pre ordered on the 13th very few of them have got there orders till now

i upgraded my phone to new iPhone 16 Pro max natural titanium  on 24/09 and signed up new package/contract
was promised next day delivery but… nothing?!? Is this out of stock? 

nothing has arrived. Nothing has changed. Paid this month bill but next month hasn’t been changed to new plan. 

when does my contract and bill change? My account is still showing old details and old plan. 
I am also getting messages tell me to upgrade!

so confused

I upgraded on the same day and was told to ring them, and all they said to me was that they can’t tell me how long the delivery will take as it’s an in demand phone right now

Ordered the iPhone 16 Pro 128GB on the phone with EE support on Sunday (30/9)  as my online order got stuck (placed the online order the day before). Was told it could be 7-28 days but just had a DPD text with a PIN and DPD are saying they have the parcel so hopefully it comes soon.

I still Havnt had so much as an email the local apple shop has them all in stocktried

to cancel my ee order and they won’t let me do that either. They have really cocked this up
