Cannot track my order

Hi,

I placed an order earlier today for an iPhone 16 in pink, I have received an email detailing my plan and another email with an order number starting with xko on it. It is not letting me track this order/look for updates as it says the order number isn’t valid, how will I know if it has been accepted? Will I receive another email at some point?

It might not be processed yet.

Try later on today, if it still doesn't work then call EE CS on 150.
