Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

It’s not necessarily that you will have to wait long time it all depends on how ee is processing the pending orders and stock levels.

Yes that’s absolutely right there are just workers doing there job not everything is in there hands so yes we should behave politely with them

Yes that’s absolutely correct anyone who had preordered on the 13th who still didn’t get there iphone’s pro and max will be probably getting them from 27-1 that’s what the tracking is telling the most reliable source, and then after that then will follow the remeaning orders after the 13th placed

I ordered my PM Natural Titanium on the 13th via the app at 1:10 (ish) , got an email at about 5 saying they needed to confirm further details and there was an error.
Due to the long wait times on launch day and day after (2 + hours), I did not actual get my order confirmed Sunday night - quite pleased to see my delivery is showing on the 27th-1st, I thought I would have been put to the very bottom of the list and have to wait 28+ days!
Fingers crossed delivery comes this weekend.

Where are you seeing your status, similar story for me as the person above, except my order number errors out and tells me I’ll get an email from dpd on dispatch

The phone rep told me the website was adding discount that should only be for new lines and not upgrades which is what caused it to require a call.
i may be getting it later but he was able to get me a much much better deal than I signed up for online regardless

Are you trying to track with the xko order number? I was getting an error message whilst using this also.
when I used my order number (004) I was able to see my order statues on the tracker.

You should be able to track your order if you have the order number and the email address and phone number linked to the ee account

Yes luckily if you get an good advisor you can save some money on the deals they offer
