Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Has anyone that pre ordered their 16 pro max on the 13th had it delivered yet?

Some people have received but it all depends on the storage and colour you have gone for

By the evidence on here it seems a small number did, so guess only EE know why they didn't have the stock ready for launch day so to at least get through those first couple days of pre orders. Hopefully the dates given on the tracking are correct and people who did order from the 13th will start getting their devices later this week.

That’s good to hear you got your phone, I have heard from ee  that the watches are going to take more than 30 days to arrive despite people ordering it on the  pre order day so that’s going to be a while to wait.

I ordered mine on the monday after launch after an order on pre-order day did not go through - my tracking updated on saturday morning to Expected delivery date:04 Oct 2024 - 08 Oct 2024. cant see it coming earlier but atleast i have a date now...fingers crossed

Yes for many people the Orders weren’t going through but dispite that ee didn’t mention that only after launch day when people asked what the update on there orders are they told customers that orders didn’t go through and they have to reorder meaning 28 days wait time , but at least we have got an update with an time scale and hopefully we should get our phones soon

I got confused when I placed this order on the 16 of September. I find myself questioning - I never got a confirmation of anything. I signed a document to agree with the T&C.
I am checking the junk email just in case but no tracking - or tracking number. I would be happy with a screen showing any updates. Any support/advice would be great.
