Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Not going lie it surprised me that just because you can't get the watch now it means you've completely gone off the phone, did you really want it in the first place?

Ah nice. I got the same but 256gb. Got the phone Friday and doing a phone 2 phone data transfer now which is saying 8 hours! 😩 I should be happy about my Phone arriving on launch day and I am. But it’s the Watch I really wanted and am disappointed about!

Having spoke to a helpful guy last night they have no information on timeframe other than the live stock dispatch information. So they can only tell you how long it would take if you ordered one now, so like 28 days. They have no info on orders that have been placed.

Think they only have the standard lines they have to say

"First come first serve"

"Wait for your text from DPD"

"High demand"

Thank you I hope it goes too, hopefully that 8 hours goes quick and you can enjoy the phone! I haven't had an iPhone since the 11 pro max so I'm excited to be making the switch back over from having Samsung all these years

It’s a shame really that they’re unable to help people that pre ordered the device as we are just left in the dark so far and can only give them those very basic responses

Yes they should put some light on this topic especially when we get our devices

Their system probably works fine the majority of the time as they have the stock. But when you have new releases like this and the demand is outweighing the stock levels, they leave customers very uninformed. 

Hopefully with the dates we have received over the weekend it means they are sorting it and time next week we would of started getting our devices.

I hope you're right, I haven't even got the update people have for a rough idea of when it's supposed to be so I'm hoping for a magical text from dpd some day soon

Well they need to start getting on top of it as if mine comes on Friday like I hope, then that'll be an order from 2 weeks earlier they are only just completing. So must have alot built up since pre orders began.

Yes hopefully we should get our phones by next week if they really are processing the orders correctly
