Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

got an XKO order confirmation page but no confirmation email - should i be worried?

Check junk email to be sure. As long as you've received your xko Order Number then I'm sure it will be fine. The website is having issues and the App is putting people in queues due to high demand so I'm sure the confirmation email will come through eventually imo.

All done! 34 minutes in the queue, even had my card details saved from last time to speed through. For the first time ever, I have a confirmation email and number with working tracking! 10 years of upgrading and I've never had that lol.

Got through on the phone, spoke to a nice fella, sorted me out all right and said he’d move my contract forwards to save me the £100 fee and the system crashed!  Waiting for a call back now!

I have an upgrade offer online, is it still worth waiting to speak to someone, wondering if they can tweak things?

 Bailey from EE was supposed to call me at 1:30pm, but I guess he doesn’t have time lol

Mine stated I had to pay £300 as I couldn’t ’upgrade without paying’ that amount so I argued and said it was down to their awful services last year as to why my device was late by 3 weeks. They’ve waived that fee after a lot of back and fourth and threatening to leave them completely. I’ve also still got the Anytime plan so can upgrade every 12 months and either hand the device back or pay for it if I decide to keep it.

Was absolutely smooth sailing this year! Very happy with EE! 

My contract price has only increased by 75p and they waived the £100 upgrade fee!
The agent also told me that my Plan includes Anytime Upgrade for next year since it's not a flex plan!

Pro Max white ordered. Confirmed with working tracking!! Waved £100 charge as well. Full works plan so anytime upgrade as well for this time next year.  Comment in here about no anytime upgrade plans, they are there but think you need to ask for them, I wasn't keen on the new flex plans so glad my EE Rep was helpful
