Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Bit of advice guys, expect delays and dont get angry lol, so even if its gpes through for the 20th it will be a nice surprise..

i ordered the 15 pro max last year at around 1.15pm , the advisor told me all is done and delivery by 20th, was still waiting on the 1st october, the advisors you speak to will at times just fob you off with info and tracking.will never move lol 

Best to register with the dpd app and wait for the dispatch info message from dpd

But its a patience game with EE, ive tried 3 upgrades since iphone 12 and.never got one lol

This time i ordered from apple who let you pre-pre order so its basically om the day its 1 click and.job done as ykur details for payment etc have been saved..for the 20th with confirmed tracking

Same, only asking as someone here said there was no deals fro anytime upgrade. Couldn't see it in terms and conditions but advisor assured me that it has anytime upgrade

Hi, rookie question - can you buy the new iPhone from Apple and continue on your existing EE contract?

I called waited 40mins then got through. Upgraded my phone and they waived the £300 for me. She did say there’s no more anytime upgrade so this will be last time.

I got iphone 16 pro 1tb natural and said i will get it launch date. Got email confirmation all processed.

website kept crashing for me when trying to do an upgrade, wouldn't load any phones to choose from, finally after 34 mins got through on the phone and did the upgrade, got sent a text to agree online to some T@C's and was told all sorted. lets hope so, roll on next Friday when we don't receive the text saying its on its way and we are all not surprised 🤣🤣🤣
