I've become a new ee member and they send me the wrong phone and a used one. Can't contact them as my old number isn't transferred yet. As a new customer, this hasn't started very well

@Mngr30 : Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
