I have tried to use a friends and family code given to me to upgrade my son's sim to a phone contract. I have now tried to use two codes that have been sent to me, but both have not worked. The message that I receive is "this code is not valid with your current selection. Please make sure you meet all the conditions of this promotion". Am I doing something wrong? I have been into a shop to ask, they were not very helpful. I have called 150, they couldn't really help and only suggested to get another code, which I did. Please help! This is becoming very frustrating. James

@frosts2005 If that tariff already has a discount on it you can not get a 2nd discount on it. It’s one discount per line only. This includes a trade in where you get a discount on that new tariff.
