Ordered new phone

I ordered a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra phantom white on the 4th December, I had an email once I have purchased the phone and it said its on it way with the order tracking number. I have tried to track it since I have ordered the phone on the ee website but it said "sorry we can't show your information". Would like to know why the delay please.

Have you had any contact from DPD?

They'll let you know when your order is ready to be delivered.

If you're unable to track it online and you haven't heard from DPD, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care team.

They'll be able to access your account and give you an update.
