I ordered a iphone 16 2 weeks ago

hi the reason i am writing this is due to the fact that i upgraded my phone to the new iphone 16 white aswell as a esim upgrade, since doing so the only update ive gotten has been order dispatched & since then ive been unable to get service or connect to networks, the network setting just says error

@eoind123   Do you have this new iPhone ?  If not you need to call customer support asap.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
